Ms Sally Carbon OAM FAICD

Sally Carbon is the Managing Director of Green Eleven, a strategic planning, marketing and communications company in Western Australia with clients from all sectors, such as urban renewal, transport, insurance, agriculture, health and tertiary education. She is a qualified company director, and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a Deputy Chair of a the Australian Sports Foundation and Chairs the finance, audit and risk committee of this organisation, and is also its company secretary. Sally sits on the board of St John Ambulance, the second largest St John organisation in the world, with 8000 staff. Sally also sits on the boards of UWA’s Sport Advisory Council and the state’s film industry board, Screenwest. She was previously the Director of Marketing and Communications at the urban renewal project at Docklands Authority in Melbourne.

Sally is a dual Olympian and has won an Olympic and World Cup gold medal. She played hockey for Australia for nine years in the senior team, during an era where Australia went from being 5th in the world, to continually first. Her WA state team won nine out of 11 senior titles in that era too. She represented WA in athletics and softball, and was in the WA ballet and was invited to join the junior ranks of the Australian ballet. She has had seven books published, and has three she has yet to release.
